SMTP dies frequently

I've managed my own server at ev1 (rackshack) for a couple years now and never run into a problem I couldn't solve. But this has me baffled and looking for some help.

I've done a search of WHT for technical/server admins and have found the list in other threads but am looking for someone just for solving this problem, not really looking for monthly server admins.

Could I get some recommendations on who or what companies could fix this one time problem without requiring a monthly payment?
