How to change hostnames in WHM?

Hi:
Currently the hostnames that I have specified in WHM is:

ns1.whatever.com 2.2.2.2
ns2.whatever.com 2.2.2.2

with "whatever.com" being a domain itself hosted within the server. I need to change that to:

ns1.anotherdomain.com 2.2.2.2
ns2.anotherdomain.com 2.2.2.2

Anotherdomain.com is also on same server, with the IPs for the nameservers remaining the same.

I tried using the "Edit Setup" link at the top of WHM and entering the changes, though saving it doesn't seem to work. If I click on "Manage Nameserver IPs", the old hostnames are still listed and cannot be deleted.

Just wondering what am I missing?
