"warning unkown php_network...."

Browsing my vbulletin forum and suddenly got this? I made no changes to the site nor my server (dedicated). Using Centos 3.3 / cpanel 9.9.9 R-14

I updated Apache again but that didn't fix it. I have no idea how this happened and no one but me has access to the server and site.
