i installed thttpd on an alternate port of my main ip and it worked fine. but some networks don't see ported http content. so, i got an additional ip but i can't seem to get the new ip to work unless i assign it a port other than 80 which defeats the purpose of the new ip. when set to port 80, the new ip just redirects to my main ip's website.
any idea why thttpd is not working with the new ip on port 80 (but will work on any other port number)?
i did have apache resolving the new ip for a short time, but i updated httpd.conf removing that routing, and i restarted apache.
