FrontPage Error Message

Can someone help with this. I have several clients who have started having frontpage problems on one particular server. This is a sporadic problem, on one of my reseller servers.

Sometimes they can publish to one or two sites but not others...other times it will publish and five minutes later wont publish, and then will publish later..

Just totally unpredicatable.

The server is totally up to date as far as ensim patches and such.

Here is the error message.

403 Forbidden

Forbidden You don't have permission to access /_vti_bin/_vti_aut/author.exe on this server. Apache/1.3.27 Server at www.tomrust.org Port 80
