encoding problem- UTF-8?
my server is ignroring meta tags and my pages have weird signs in place of some foregin signs, aparently becouse somewhere in appache settings UTF-8 is turned on?
ensim/fedora is on the box
in ensim i can not change this or see it...where can i change it?
