Changing Korean characters to English in Win XP
I have a friend who just came home from Korea and he brought with him a PC with Windows XP but with Korean characters. All the characters displayed are in Korean even the other installed softwares.
Although he understands them, he wants to convert them to English charaters. I tried tweaking under the Regional and Language Options in the Control Panel but it's not working.
How can I change them to English characters? Is there a way to do it or shall I reinstall the XP?
