ns1 is alive but ns2 is not responding
I have a reseller account.
My client's (brother) dns report shows that ns1.mynameserver.ca. is authoritative for the domain but ns2.mynameserver.ca doesnt respond. I am using same name server for my site and dns report shows both ns to be authoritative.
What could be the problem?
2nd question
what is the purpose of the "dns cleanup" function? do the old records get cleaned up? and does the cpanel version "9.9.9-S15" come with this function?
