4000 connections in port 80 - my site is down

May I have a question? Now I am using Kerio Firewall for my server, according to the Network status in admin panel, I recognize that with over 4000 connections in port 80 (my site doesn't have many persons access), my website will be down althought I can log in the server by remote desktop.

When I restart the server, it is ok... But a time later, the connection in port 80 increase and when it is over 4000 connections, my website is down again... (NoOne can access my site, it seems to be full and doesn't accept any new connections because there are over 4000 connections in port 80)

Would you like to expland the reason for me and could you solve it for me?

-My webserver run in Win2000 SP4 , IIS V5.1

-My web pages is almost Asp

-I don't know exactly about the requests per hour but my site rank is 26,000 by Alexa.com
