I have a windows 2003 box with firewall disabled, and somehow it've been unstable lately as it can run for a few days, then just stop working. I can remote inside to ping website by both IP and name but can't browse it on IE / firefox. It seems all connections lost and as a result, i can't browse websites from a local PC.
Also, i noted that telnet doesn't work either during the time. One thing strange is that the server comes back after a reboot. I've made many searches on google but no luck at all.
