Using IIS

I'd like to make a small website for 3-4 people to view only. I was just going to host it on my local computer using Server 2000 /w IIS installed.

I have a 4MB download connection so I am sure speed won't be an issue for just 4 people.

I have everything installed but when I go to the IP of the site, it doesn't find a site. Any tips to get this thing going? At this point I opened all my firewall ports just to make sure it would work. It is set to port 80.
