Yesterday I got a external usb 2.0 seagate 160gb 7200 hard drive and I installed it to my computer. Today when I tried to save a file to the hard drive my computer frozed and I had to restart. Now my hard drive shows a red light, instead of the usual green light. My computer doesn't detect it anymore. Turning the hard drive on and off doesn't make it better. When I go to the control panel and add new hardware, I get a 'This device cannot start. (Code 10)." Can anyone help me?
