Using different hostname for nameservers

This is what I want to do.

At the monent I have a ded server with

quantum-hosting.co.uk
ns1.quantum-hosting.co.uk
ns2.quantum-hosting.co.uk

I also have quantumdns.com registered through namecheap.

How would I go about using ns1.quantumdns.com etc instead of the .co.uk domain for my nameservers.
