Need help with APF firewall and host monitoring services
We are hosting with ServerMatrix with their server monitoring services and have added the appropriate line to the allow_hosts.rules file to ensure unimpeded access.
However, we have two issues that we can't seem to resolve.
#1> We are getting automated critical alerts from ServerMatrix (unix disk and unix load critical when this is obviously not the case) anytime the firewall is running.
#2> Anytime we stop and then start apf we get the following error:
iptables v1.2.8: host/network `admin' not found Try `iptables -h' or ...
ServerMatrix has no clue why this is happening and I've had an independent admin look at the apf setup and can't find a fault. Anyone here have any ideas?
