high cpu load from pluto?

This is a cpanel box with Fedora Core 2 on dual Xeons 2.4Ghz with 2GB of memory

I disabled grpck last time but it affected /scripts/updatenow feature so I turned it on but what's up with Pluto? I've never seen that one before and look at the CPU usage.

What does pluto do? Checked cpanel forums and nothing there
