mail sending error

I wonder if someone can help here.

I have set up 3 mail accounts for a customer of mine.

colin@....
dianne@...
newsletters@...

I have installed some newsletter software on their site. If I use newsletters@... as the 'send email address field' and send the newsletter out they go through to 5 test email addresses I have. An msn one, a gmail etc etc. All fine no returns - all get through ok.

However they dont get to my business email address for some reason. I get a 550 error saying

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

<sales@ebizbuys.com>
SMTP error from remote mailer after RCPT TO:<sales@ebizbuys.com>:
host ebizbuys.com [67.18.52.66]: 550-Verification failed for <newsletters@bockman.com.au>
550-No Such User Here
550 Sender verify failed

If I use dianne@... or colin@....... no problems the newsletters go through ok to my business email.

I have deleted the newsletter email account and recreated it and can send an email to newsletters@ no problems too.

Why would this be so???. I did set up the newsletters@... email account on a different day. But it was more than 2 days ago.

How does this work? When you create a email accounts through cPanel do they need to do a refresh/update for other servers to recognise them?

Totally confused !
