302 messages spammed in server log

Hi there,
for the last 2 days, I've had 11 of the same exact message 11 times per second put in my server log from the same IP address for the same URLs. This is causing log files to be about 250meg. I've blackholed the IP and it has stopped, but I'm still wondering what this could be about.

Heres the log message that was entered over and over and over again.

2005-01-20 00:00:02 66.68.157.144 - 206.102.127.212 80 GET /mdwaterman/default.asp - 302 0 Mozilla/4.0+(compatible;+MSIE+6.0;+Windows+NT+5.1) - www dot site dot com/raffletrkboat.htm

I've actually seen this happen before on another site, but I never did anything about it. Should I be concerned? Anyone have an idea what they were doing?
