Server is accessible and not
Maybe someone here had the same issue as me. I have quite strange problem: while server is accessible from one part of a country it does not for the other, and this behaviour periodically changes from one part to another. The easiest answer could be that an issue is about client side network problems. But it happens periodically here and there. For example it may appear down for one part of people while the others just opening ok, and then can be vice versa.
Any ideas are greatly appreciated. Thanks.
