H D problem

Hi
i got a server with 2 HD both with 80GB
i'm useing the 1st one as the main one and the 2nd for Backup
last night every thing was ok and the space were used was about %28
when i log in today in the morning the space used was %66
for some how 38% of space in used with in 6hr
i try to check the server and all user's file to find out where it come's from
i used this comand

i'm just useing 16GB from 160GB space and it says in the WHM that i'm useing 66% H D problem

any advice to solve out this problem?
