Resize Partitions on Dedicated Server (fBSD 5.3)
I just ordered a dedicated server and had FreeBSD installed on it. Unfortunately, I didn't specify any partitions (d'oh), so I got the default, which is far from what I need.
I specifically need to shrink /home and add that space onto /usr. Is there a way to do this without physical/terminal access to my server? Or do I need to have a technician at the data center do it?
My host doesn't do free support for my plan and their forums aren't accepting new users right now (a glitch it appears)... Because it is the first couple of days with my server, perhaps they would help me out gratis if it came down to it.
