enable phpsuexe but now have erorrs... how to fix?

hi,
2 days ago i enable phpsuexe (rebuild apache with phpsuexe) on a server but now i recive 500 internal error when try to login to a script with a php admin area.
Is there a way to fix this? Problly other customers on the will have the same problems with there php scripts.
