Switching DC

I am going to switch DC since the current one really destroying my reputation by having too much of announced downtime/maintenance.

I am going to move box to another dc which is an hour drive from the old one.. this box has Cpanel (active) ... I'll be getting new ips ..

Well the question is .. after i run netconfig and change to a new ip .. will i be able to access whm http://ip/whm? (since i already used the box before and have old ips and settings etc)
