Can't log in via SSH, please help me !
I have configured sshd such as disable root log in, change to protocol 2, and changed port 22 to 2493 !
Then restart service SSHD, evrything look ok !
Then i disable Telnet ! and restart service xinetd, and look ok !
Then i exit Putty and log in again via port 2493 as user !
But i can't log in yet ! i got this msg: " network error: connection refused "
Then i try log in to WHM and restart service SSHD, then i got this msg:
" Waiting for sshd to restart.... . . . . . . . . . . finished.
Jan 23 10:48:20 host1 sshd: sshd -TERM succeeded Jan 23 10:48:20 host1 sshd: succeeded sshd has failed, please contact the sysadmin "
It look like service SSHD was failed ! Everyone know how to bring it up ?
