need some hardcore monitoring!

my company has multiple dual xeon windows servers and a linux server. i need some hardcore monitoring of the following services:

1. DNS
2. HTTP
3. HTTPS
4. POP3
5. SMTP
6. ASP engine *important*

running several copie of HELM and cpanel/whm.

I'm currently using siteuptime.com and whats up gold. I need some more hardcore services, i checked http://www.servermojo.com/ but i couldn't find anyone to contact.

ASP engine is important as those with heavy ASP.NET and asp sites can sometimes crash the application pools.

I want it so it will send SMS to more then 1 administrator as i don't trust it going to 1 person only as they probably would prefer to sleep, eat, watch tv then care about the server uptime.

any places? I checked altertra but they don't do what i'm after.

if there is a script i can run on another server which can connect to a sms api gateway, then that would be handy.
