cherrybomb?

Has anybody had any experience with clients running this script

The piece that worries me is right at the bottom:
"Slow hosts and servers may need to limit their total number of ppc's to 1-3. This varies from host to host."

One our clients has this and it is eating CPU big-time, also apache locked up (but I need to prove it was this script) - was cusious if other folks had seen it....
