How to stop users using download tool ?
I'v seen some download site can prevent ppl download their file by download tool like DAP , they only allow to make 1 connection to their file , so download tool can't work . I really love to do it in my website , Anyone can help me ?
For example i want 1ip can only make 2 connection at sametime , and each cap at 20 Kbyte /sec .
