Kernel Version running - need help

hi,

After running up2date, I have installed the last stable kernel's version from redhat networks: "kernel-2.4.21-27.0.2.EL". As you know, up2date dosnt uninstall previous kernels, so the partition /dev/sda1 (mounted in /boot of course) is getting full, thats why I need to free out some space (almost 90% used).

So, I need to uninstall some kernels, BUT I dont know exactly which one Kernel Version running - need help cause "uname -r" and "cat /proc/version" returns " 2.4.21-15.0.3.ELsmp" and this is not the last kernel installed Kernel Version running - need help (the first block at /etc/grub.conf point to 2.4.21-27.0.2.EL too).

how it is possible? There are some way to find out the EXACTLY kernel version running?

Thanks;

Lucho.
