Hi I am looking at offering remote desktop support to some of my clients. I have seen the software used below which is really very good as it doesnt require a remote desktop software to be installed or static ip etc. You just visit a website then the helpdesk can connect you machine, share desktops etc. Is this the only software that does this? or is there another way of doing it (by not using dameware/rdp etc), by getting users to visit your website? thanks
the software I am referring to is gotoassist by citrix I think
