My Reseller Was Hit With Worm...

I won't mention the reseller, although it's probably obvious. My reseller was hit with a worm, and has been down for WAY too long. Most of their other clients are back up and running, but my account has been flagged as one with a worm infection.

I'm confused, as I do not run phpbb, and never have. I have some php code for page includes, log ins, Paypal interactivity, and a couple of other things. But virtually everyone on Apache has php code. I have my hosting site, and a single client (now ex-client) and MY dinky account is infected, or supposedly.

Is this possible? If so, common? Why my site, and the hundreds of other sites on the server are OK?

Can anyone shed any insight on this?

BTW: It has nothing to do with the site shown in my signature.
