Static IP Issue!

Hi All


I want a static IP address but i dont want it through my current ISP!!!!!

Is there anyway I can do this

I am cureently with Bulldog DSL and can never get through to technical support and they have never once answered my emails Static IP Issue!, so I do not have the confidence in the transition bit!

Is the abov possible in anyway?
