Preventing Mail from being "Junk Email" at Hotmail
Any ideas on how to prevent our emails that are generated off our box from being trashed in the "Junk Mail" folder for MSN or Hotmail users?
As best as I can tell, our main server IPs are not blacklisted, we have reverse DNS setup, etc on our hostnames, but lots of the email we send is getting flagged as "junk mail" - ESPECIALLY email that is sent from an ISP and "forwarded" or "redirected" from a customer's account to their Hotmail account ...
The hostnames are:
hpp002.hppwebhosting.net
hpp004.hppwebhosting.net
Below is an example - I created a redirect for "info@instrumentalworship.com (hosted on hpp002) which pointed to my hotmail account. As suspected, it was in my Junk Email folder. Headers below - I've manuall inserted some spaces in the email address in case of spambots on the forum, etc.
