hosting account go to 2GB when I create it into my server

Ago some period I have big problem, some IRC BOT script are inserted into one my site which used old Joomla script. After several attempts I to clean that site from that exploit I dont succeed with that (although I upgrade that my site to last version) and I delete that site from my server, on that way I solve my problem with IRC bot. Now, after more than 30 days I try again to back that my site on server (only to create account without old site cms files) and create new host account, but now site use 2GB of space into server (I only create that account without all other components, without-mail, ssl, ssi, perl, spamassasin, webalizer, awstats etc...). I have linux RH4 server with Ensim panel. I create account with medium security. Please, how I to check what is wrong with that my account, to create normal account?
I several times delete and create account for that my site, but all time new site have 2GB. When I create some other account for some other site all is OK
