Trying to back up my mysql but.............
My site was down for a few days recently, then I received an email days later from oktagone (aussie host) that they had a power outage and had to fly into NYC to fix the problem at the data center located there.
To my suprise my site was open then to realise it would later be down again....this happened a couple of times...
I decided it was time to backup everything.........so straight to my cpanel I go, then all I see is
MySQL Databases The cPanel Users File does not exist: /var/cpanel/users/tddollss / unlimited
All my MySQL's are missing so I can't make backups.....
If I can't do it through the cpanel is there a way I can do it through my web browser?
Apparently their host ezzi.net has deleted there services or account but given us the chance to get as much backups as possible before such a time, I'm guessing MySQL's have been deleted before I got the chance to save them.....
Note I can login to my admin areas of the pages using databases but in cpanel there is nothing there?
hmm maybe this wasn't cut so short after all
