A fellow was to upgrade my server but ended up taking out Apache 2.x and putting in Apache 1.3.33. So the config file had to be redone. I got most everything 'fixed' but the mod_rewrite I had written that worked with Apache/2.0.46 doesn't work now. It's giving me a 404 if I put in the rewrite.
Anyone familiar with mod_rewrite on Apache 1.3.33 or any ideas why it is giving me a 404?
The rewrite module appears to have been compiled and is listed in the http.conf file.
He had a lot of problems doing the upgrade and it appears he 'jumped ship'. I'm desparately seeking help fast.
