Private FTP Server Win2003 IIS

I've been playing around with a local Windows 2003 IIS based server here in the office, but none of our techs (or me for that matter) are Windows server admins, so we basically know nothing about IIS.


I'm trying to setup a private FTP server which will just require a preset username and password to login. Basically like large repoisitory for people that know the username and password. I don't want to have seperate logins or seperate directories. Just one directory, one username and password.

Does anyone have any guides on how to accomplish this? All this user isolation, local domains, etc stuff is making my brain hurt...
