High-usage = phpBB exploit?

Hmm, Last night my server went down and its been spotty since then.

This shows the most usage:
/hsphere/shared/apache/bin/httpd -DSSL

But I've never seen that process at the top before. I havent got any reports from any clients of defaces messageboards, but then again most are gone for Christmas Eve.

I've checked the other topic on this issue, but seemed like it was at a deadend. Could this perhaps be the worm making its rounds again?
