Mail server Blocked by DSBL.ORG
We got this message from the Planet:
"(mgaston-02/02/2005 22:37:06):
Your server has been listed on the DSBL blacklist, a blacklist that contains hosts known to have sent spam directly or via open proxies or relays. Please investigate, address the root cause, and update this ticket with your findings and action within 72 hours."
There are a lot servers we can't send e-mails to as they have the DSBL connection...
We have Red Hat Enterprise and Plesk 7.5.
The option "Server requires authentication" is required for users sending e-mail from our server through their e-mail client....
What's the problem? Please tell me how to fix this?
