forbidden error?

This is happenign on/off randomly. At 6:10 was unable to enter my site. Sometimes access has been forbidden to me with a page that says I don’t have permission to access my own website. Other times the website has been not accessible at all and I would get a blank page with an hour glass that doesn’t go anywhere

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /blog2/index.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

It is also with /index.php. The problem comes and goes. Like right now, at 6:11PM I can access my site. This has been happening off and on for several weeks. Something isn’t quite right. Some little gliche somewhere.


What is this caused by? Someone else reporeted the same issue on the same server.

cpanel 9.9.9 c81
