admin company or individual

I recently got a new server in Gnax to host some of my domains/sites.

Although I manage to do a basic setup to server concerning Nameservers, Accounts, MySql cnf ect I really need a experienced admin individual to take care of:

* Server Security
* Apache, MySQL config/optimization
* Mail server setup (to avoid external spam in and relaying, maybe a virus check)
* General Server admin

The server host only my own sites and one is already in production.

At this time I need a first time security hardening and setup but the admin must be capable to administrate the server (or servers in the near (?) future) on a full time basis.

Who do you believe have the best credentials in WHT to undertake this job?

Any good or bad experiences, or suggestions are most welcome
