Advice a 24/7 Outsoared Support.
Hello,Have a question what outsource company do you use?
Really need advice.
We are looking for:
1) 24/7 Live Chat Representative
2) Tech support that will be able to answer on e-mail and support desk tickets.
3) Who will not refer clients to send email to admin, because they lazy to answer a question.
4) Who will look some information about our company before give out answer to client NO!!! or We DONT do this or We DONT have this etc
That all what I looking for please advice from your personal experience.
Also I will provide them with all software what they need to work with.
