I have a client that is in New York uploading to us 24x7. The problem he is experiencing is slow uploads even though he claims he is on a Verizon FIOS 20mbps business line.

Our servers are in Phoenix and I have a sneaking suspision that the problem rests with him. He refuses to acknowledge that his upload speeds are slow. The problem is even though he is on a 20mbps line we only ever see a max of about 130KB/sec from him.

Although I don't expect 20mbps, I do expect much faster than 130KB/sec.

What I'm looking for is a few people (only need a handful) to download a test file I've had him put on his server and let me know what carrier they are using, their bandwidth capacity, and the speed at which the file downloads.

Because they are only running on a business line I don't want to post the link publicly. It also will help to not saturate the line and skew the results.
