System admin needed to troubleshoot

Hi all, like another poster here, I have a server that's showing a high load and crashing at least twice a day.
The good folks at GNAX have researched it and found nothing.
They are contemplating a "fresh install".

Are there Sys Admins that specialize in troubleshooting server issues?
I am terrible with SSH and have been looking for a solution.

I'm confident GNAX is doing their job but *truly* don't think it's any of my sites on the server that is causing the high loads.

Can someone tell me *who* I should be searching for to help with this issue? What are some key words I should use to put in the SEARCH field here?
I want to find someone reputable that members of this board can vouch for as trustworthy.
