May I ask a question please? :) hda6 at 100%

Hello, I have searched on google and found a lot of topics that have the same problem as me. When I login to WHM, I see the message:

The /usr, /, or /var partition on this server is running out of disk space. This WHM operation has been temporarily suspended to prevent something bad from happening. Please ask your system admin to remove any files not in use on that partition.
I also got the email stating:

Drive Critical: /hda6 (/) is 100% full
On all of the search results I found on google, everyone says to clear out your apache logs. However this is not the case for me since my apache logs are cleared. I contacted the NOC and they said:

I found in your / partition that you have one file that is over the limit. You can move this file if its not simlinked to anything within the system or requires that it be located in the / partition. Here is the file:

-rwxr--r-- 1 root root 1481632 Feb 7 03:42 quota.user*

If you move this the issue should be resolved.

The quota.user file is necessary for doing disk quotas. What you may want to verify is which copy of it you really need and see if the one in root / can be moved or deleted.

root@server [/]# locate quota.user
/boot/aquota.user
/boot/quota.user
/home/aquota.user
/home/quota.user
/usr/aquota.user
/usr/quota.user
/var/aquota.user
/var/quota.user
/scripts/aquota.user_emptyfs.gz
/scripts/quota.user_emptyfs.gz
/aquota.user
/quota.user
Ok I moved quota.user to my backup directory and the problem still remains. What am I supposed to do?

No, I dont want to throw $50 at someone to maintain my server.

No, I do not wish to use rackshack or any other service.

I would like to fix this problem, thanks May I ask a question please? :) hda6 at 100%
