very, very, very simple mailing list

I have spent the day trying to find some very simple mailing list software where all I want is to be able to setup what email addresses should be in it, and what email addresses the list should accept mail from to forward out to the rest of the recipients in the list.

I thought sendmail would be able to do that but, unfortunately, it seems like sendmail does not have the ability to setup in the aliases file who it should allow to send email to that email address that contains the list members.

Every mailing list package I have found looks like its going to take 2 days to setup and has WAY too much in it for me to even want to attempt to set it up.

All I want is the ability to recieve email at a specified email address, see if that person is a list admin, and if they are, send the email message out to the list members, or else reject the mail.

Does anyone know of any software that does this, and only this?
