cPanel access problems via Tesco UK dialup
I have a server from LayeredTech in The Planet DC.
One of my customers seems to be having problems is accessing his account. Access to the web site seems to be fine, however he often looses access to cPanel / Webmail.
Access is via Tesco (UK)'s dialup service.
I'm waiting for him to capture some diagnostic info in order to investigate further, but if anyone has had any similiar issues I'd love to hear the resolution.
I give my parents a free email account and they access it via Tesco dialup and have not reported any issues.
