SW-Soft Sitebuilder Installation troubles

We've faced to the huge troubles with Sitebuilder installation under Linux ENT 3 + CPanel.

Server config:
Linux RHE 3
CPanel 10
Apache 1.3.33
PHP 4.3.10

When I'm tryng to install receive this all the time:
Code: 
# rpm -Uvh *
error: Failed dependencies:
        httpd is needed by Sitebuilder-1.1.1-rhel3.build050117.10
        php >= 4.3 is needed by Sitebuilder-1.1.1-rhel3.build050117.10
    Suggested resolutions:
        httpd-2.0.46-38.ent.i386.rpm
        php-4.3.2-14.ent.i386.rpm
Well... But I'm already have httpd installed and php too.

Any suggestions?
