I have a problem with my server :
in the last days the server is slow so I remembered that I have some statement in my sysctl.conf to limit trafic

so i edited the sysctl.conf and made some changes and rebooted the server
but the server didnt started strange problem sysctl.conf

i ordred a kvm and entred to my server and i restored the sysctl.conf to default ( system default ) and rebooted the server but it didnt start strange problem sysctl.conf

so I think that the problem isnt in the sysctl.conf

so whats the problem is ?

note : the server has not rebooted for a month
