need help with quicktime file

Hello I am trying to make a quick time .mov file work on my website. I am using this code

<embed src="http://autismnetworks.com/fox5.mov" width="320" height="256"></embed>

and when I try to load the page I get this error
"An error occured inside a plugin contained on this page"

any help please.

Maybe it is cause of the file size? Its a 10mag news clip??
