Message : can't create UNIX socket (12)
I am on a VPS and recently, all my sites that use mySQL are taken down almost 3 times per week for an unknown reason.
My guess is that it's the mySQL server that is taken down because the sites that don't use it aren't affected.
Those who are affected show the follwing message :
Can't create UNIX socket (12)
The only one thing that I can do to bring them back to life is to stop and restart the whole VPS from the control panel.
I've asked the host company to find the culprit but they are not very efficient concerning this particular issue.
So, my questions are :
According to your experience, what could be the cause of my problems?
How could I fix it?
