php email() issues.. help!
I would really appreciate it if someone can enlighten me on the various ways by which one may send emails (via form submissions) even if the webhosts have disabled mail() (as amzweb.com have done) .
Incase any member here is using a way around( cgi, etc etc) please do post a detailed description .

ps : my present situation is :
My phpbb forum is unable to send mails no matter what is the setting (smtp on/off /authentication on/off localhost etc ive tried all..)
However, Mambo Server installed on the same site is able to send emails via one setting and that is SMTP (with authorisation enabled) ... however it fails to send emails via any other settings much like phpbb.
